Joe to Jill: “F_King Pelosi, I woulda won.”

The establishment Democratic Party pushed Biden aside, selected an ideal candidate, raised incredible campaign cash, ran a smooth targeted campaign, and watched voters reject  the progressive Biden agenda.

“Fear of migrants” won out over defending women’s rights.

As a nation we’re probably more divided than any time since 1860, we’re at the cusp of another civil war  without a Lincoln to rescue us. 

The “implied bias,” is no longer masked, outright racism now dominates the political halls of our nation.

The movement to the right has just begun, the impact on the economy, at home and internationally, perhaps unleashing Russia and China, as well as Netanyahu.  And a thumbs up to a Thomas/Alito Supreme Court.

A Harris win might have led to a return to the Republican Party of yore, fiscally conservative and internationally collaborative, now, what happens to the Democratic Party?

From the Biden faction, “we told you so” to the progressive and ultra progressive factions. Will Harris continue to carry the Democratic flag? Will new leadership from the left became the standard bearer? Or will a shattered Democratic Party mud wrestle?

Will Trump carry out his threats and emulate the emerging right wing leaders, or worse, will democracy die?

It’s early Wednesday morning, a bright sunny day, yet all I see are looming storm clouds.
As Trump moves further and further to the right, closer and closer to a Hitlerian coup will Americans awaken, or will sports news dominate the media  as a new breed of storm troopers drag migrants from their homes? 

Every scenario I envision is horrendous, my granddaughter’s class is reading Fahrenheit 451, will it become the new reality?
